Our Founder
Leonie Green
Leonie Green is the Founder of Conscious Workplace — a consultancy focused on helping leaders and organisations thrive at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance.
Leonie works as a coach, facilitator, workplace investigator and consultant, partnering with clients on all things people, culture, and leadership. With a background in employment law and hands-on experience in senior management roles, she brings a grounded, pragmatic approach to complex workplace challenges — always with the goal of creating fairer, healthier and more effective workplaces.
Leonie is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and an Accredited Organisational Coach (IECL), and holds certifications in DISC Advanced, EQ-i2.0, EQ360, MBTI and Strengths Profile. She’s also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators (AAWI), the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
