In addition to her IECL Certification in Team Coaching, she holds accreditations in MBTI/Myers-Briggs, EQ-i2.0, EQ360, DISC, and Strengths Profile. She leverages these tools in tailored workshops to help leaders and teams gain deeper insights into leadership styles, team dynamics, and effective ways of working together.

Leonie is a member of the Australian chapter of the Association of Workplace Investigators and played a key role in the working group that launched the Principles for Conducting Workplace Investigations on behalf of AWI – Australia. She specialises in conducting workplace investigations, with a particular focus on bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Leonie coordinates the Legal Practice Management Course for the College of Law in Victoria, and facilitates the sessions on business planning and strategy, people leadership and self-management.
